TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CLASS BOOKINGS
Payment
For new students payment is taken in full at the time of booking.
For returning students payment is taken in full, two weeks before the first day of term.
Please note that class fees do not include any materials for the class unless otherwise stated.
Cancellations
If we can fill your place we will refund any pre-paid class fees, or you can choose to transfer it to another class or receive a Sew and So’s voucher.
However, if we cannot fill your place cancellations that are made more than four weeks before the new term start date will be fully refunded/not charged. Cancellations made within 4 weeks before the class start date will be charged for any classes not filled that fall within that time.

Payment
Workshop/Course payments are taken in full at the time of booking.
Please note that workshop fees do not include any materials for the class unless otherwise stated.
Cancellations
Cancellations that are made more than four weeks before the workshop/course date will be fully refunded. Cancellations made between 2 – 4 weeks before the workshop/course date will be refunded half the workshop/course fee. Cancellations that are made within 14 days before the course will not receive a refund. We are always happy, however, for you to substitute another person in your place and if we can fill your place with a person on a waiting list, we will refund the course fee in full.
